Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 14 days if the product is unopened and in original sealed packaging.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safeguarding reasons.
  • Refunds issued within 5–7 days after inspection.
  • For damage or wrong items, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
